How long will made to order items take to arrive?
All made to order items at Olympus have varying wait times. Please reference the item listing for wait times.

The easiest way to send measurements is to reply directly to your confirmation email after you order.
I will try my best to email you reminders, but please understand that it is your responsibility to give me your measurements. I want your items to fit you perfectly, and arrive in a good time frame, so please don’t wait!
If you do not send your measurements within 1 week for any made to order items, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
How long will “Ready To Ship” orders take to arrive?
Ready to ship orders will take between 1-3 business days to ship. This time frame varies as it depends on what carrier you choose to ship with, and what time your order is placed.
It has been over 8 weeks, and I have not received a shipping update on my Made to Order, order, what do I do?
If it has been over 8 weeks since placing your order and you have not received a shipping update, please contact us immediately at olympusattire@gmail.com.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds at Olympus Attire.
Do you offer exchanges?
Olympus Attire does offer exchanges if a product arrives damaged.
Olympus Attire will not offer exchanges for ready to ship items.
Olympus Attire will not offer exchanges for made to order items. Especially with made to order items, as, we take custom measurements here.
Olympus Attire will offer an exchange if your made to order product arrives, and does not fit. This will only be allowed if it is a valid mistake on our behalf.
Here at Olympus Attire, our end goal is to always ensure you have pieces that you love, and that fit you. We are always willing to work out any problems you may have with your order. Please to do not hesitate to send an email to us, in order to discuss your situation.
In order to have your exchange be valid, the item you return must not be damaged or stained in any way whatsoever, or worn besides trying on. This will be determined by Olympus Attire.
You must pay the cost to ship the item back to Olympus Attire.

My package was lost/damaged/stolen in the mail, what do I do?
Olympus Attire is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you feel you have an extenuating circumstance, please email olympusattire@gmail.com for further discussion on your specific situation.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! Olympus Attire does ship internationally. Please keep in mind that shipping rates may vary from country to country. Olympus Attire is not liable for any duty costs of your package.
Do you have Ambassadors?
Currently, Olympus Attire does not have any ambassadors. There are no current plans to have any ambassadors as of this moment, or send out PR. We are still a start up, and need more time in order to create any team of influencers at this point. Please keep up with our Instagram for any future changes!
Do you offer Plus Size?
We do offer plus size! We also offer custom sizing for made to order outfits.
